Meet Reni Weixler

With more than 20 years of experience as a consultant, coach, and facilitator, Reni has a passion for enabling individual leaders and professional teams to think clearly, identify what makes them tick, and get at the heart of what will drive their growth and efficacy. She has experience coaching senior leaders in the business, higher education, healthcare and non-profit sectors. She also provides training workshops on productivity, teamwork and conflict management. Her focus is on the development of transformational, servant-hearted, and strategically-focused leadership.

Prior to becoming a professional coach, Reni served for 20 years as president of a successful commercial and residential cleaning company. She has also founded a non-profit K-12 cooperative-education organization, spearheaded family counseling projects while serving as a Board Member for a local youth organization, and developed a lay-counselor training program.

Reni is a Certified Professional Coach. She holds a BA in Business Administration and a MA in Counseling.
